Made from high pressure die-cast zinc with self-lubricating nylon cam. Chrome finish. Strong self-lubricating nylon cam delivers smooth, trouble-free door operation. Doors lift off without disassembly or removing hinges. A spring-assisted door hinge uses a spring mechanism to provide extra force for easier operation of heavy walk-in doors, overcoming air resistance. The high-lift cam system lifts the door slightly as it opens and closes, preventing floor drag and reducing wear on the gasket. Reverse by moving the blade and pin, and reassembling on opposite sides of strap. Simple manual operation reverse hinges for use on right or left-opening door. Flush means the door and jamb (doorframe) are at the same surface. Offset is the distance between the surface of the door and jamb (doorframe).
